Q: How do I use the website?
A: By clicking on BROWSE & BUY you are taken to the catalogue.
- Click on a category and you will see the products, descriptions and prices.
- By clicking BUY one pack will be added to the BASKET. If you enter 3 in the box and click BUY it will add 3 packs to the BASKET.
- You can view your basket at any time, and return to the catalogue again by clicking BROWSE & BUY..
- Once you have selected all of the items you require, click COMPLETE on the BASKET page.
You then select your payment method and confirm your delivery address.
There is also a NOTES section where you put any message you may have regarding the order.
- Click CONTINUE and you will see an order summary. Click CONTINUE once again to complete the order.
- You will then receive a confirmation email.
Q: Do you have a printed catalogue ?
A: No - we update the on-line catalogue every night. The advantage of this is that everything is in stock.
Q: I haven't received a password having completed the Registration Page. What's gone wrong?
A: We sometimes have difficulties sending email confirmations because of spam filters (especially with AOL, Hotmail and Tiscali). Please email scott@creativemax.com to receive the pass code. The pass code email is automated and should arrive in a matter of seconds. If you do not receive it, follow the Forgotten Password link below and it will be re-sent to you.
Q: I have lost my password. How do I retrieve it?
A: Click on LOGON and then click the Forgotten Password link.
Q: Why do I need to register?
A: Accounts with a registration are given special discounts and a larger product range.
Q: I cannot see the product pages. Why might this be?
A: It is likely that your security settings are set not to allow cookies. The site uses cookies to operate.
