A copy of the full policy is made available to all employees or workers employed directly by Creative Max and we work with suppliers to identify the correct strategy to implement to ensure all parties are aware of their legal and social responsibilities.
Creative Max believes in the importance of creating a work environment that is socially responsible and that favours the professional growth of all employees, in compliance with local and global laws and human rights.
Basic working conditions - Respect for the freedom and dignity of employees.
Child labour and juvenile workers - The use of child labour and juvenile workers in production cycles is forbidden. All young people up to the age of 19 have extra risk assessments carried out.
Coerced workers - The use of forced or coerced labour is forbidden.
Health and Safety of workers - The right to health and safety in the workplace is guaranteed.
CM Ltd expects its suppliers and any suppliers in their chain comply with the laws in their country or countries where people are engaged in activities on behalf of them or their suppliers and to enforce legislation and provide further enhancement to it.
Freedom of association - As appropriate in line with legislative requirements, respect the right to trade union freedom and collective bargaining.
Working hours and remuneration - The right to an appropriate remuneration and correct working hours is guaranteed. The working hours are not to exceed the time indicated in the labour contracts.
Equal salaries and discrimination - The right to equal pay to men and women for doing the same job is guaranteed.
Public interest disclosure - The company will create a policy relating to its activities. It also expects its suppliers to either act within the remit of their country or Implement their own code of good practice.
Environmental Policy - Creative Max Limited is a professional and environmentally conscious organisation, which acknowledges the impact that operations may potentially have on the environment. The company aims to minimise any impact on the environment by:
Preventing pollution, reducing waste and ensuring that wherever practical, measures are implemented to protect and preserve natural habitats, flora and fauna; Considering the effects that our operations may have on the local community; Taking action to eliminate or reduce, as far as practicable, any potentially adverse environmental impacts; Promoting environmental awareness amongst our suppliers, contractors and partners by implementation of operational procedures; Seeking to work in partnership with the community by behaving in a considerate and socially responsible manner; Ensuring effective and expedient incident control, investigation and reporting
