Social Accountability Policy

In terms of Monitoring and continuous Improvement Creative Max Ltd commits to:
- Define and constantly update the "Social Accountability Policy".
- Provide clear, documented definitions of roles, responsibility, and authority of its personnel.
- Periodically audit the efficiency of this System and take any corrective or preventive necessary actions for continuous improvement.
- Document performance in relation to all the requirements of the standard, by means of appropriate records and communicating the results both in-house and to other social parties involved.
- Ensure that all personnel receive adequate training on the requirement of the standard.
- Seek and aspire to Select and evaluate suppliers on the basis of their capacity to meet the requirements of the standard.

A copy of this policy is made available to all employees or workers employed directly by Creative Max. Creative Max will ensure all suppliers will receive copies of this and work with suppliers to identify the correct strategy to implement to ensure all parties are aware of their legal and social responsibilities.

Creative Max Ltd will provide the tools and ideas to engage personnel to highlight the importance of this document. Continuous improvement in terms of the quality of its objectives is paramount. Creative Max expects its suppliers to do the same.

All of the above is in accordance with the guiding principle of the Company policy, that is: "The human factor of our processes are core to the overall activity and function of the company, the products and technologies adopted only serve to support the overall service quality given to the client."

Creative Max Limited wants to confirm the importance of creating a work environment that is socially responsible and that favours the professional growth of all employees, in compliance with local and world laws and human rights.

Creative Max Ltd will expect that all its suppliers act in accordance with their international and national Legislative requirements and adopt in their daily work activities the principles of social accountability, always accepting that the minimum can be enhanced.

For this purpose, both the internal work environment and the supply chain must guarantee the respect of the following requirements:

BASIC WORKING CONDITIONS

Respect for the freedom and dignity of employees. All workers and employees will have a written contract for services or contract of employment. All workers or employee's have a well communicated grievance and disciplinary procedure.

CHILD LABOUR AND JUVENILE WORKERS

The use of child labour and juvenile workers in production cycles is forbidden. Children Between the ages of 16 and 17 shall not be employed at night or in hazardous conditions. All young persons up to the age of 19 will have extra risk assessments carries out and are appointed a designated work buddy to assist with transition into the workplace. Creative Max expects its suppliers to regularly audit it's supply chain in order to ensure compliance.

COERCED LABOUR

The use of forced or coerced labour is forbidden. Employing personnel against their will and making use of any kind of labour under threat of punishment or retribution is forbidden.

HEALTH AND SAFETY OF WORKERS

The right to health and safety in the workplace is guaranteed. Creative Max Ltd is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace, especially in regard to careful assessment and management of risks. Creative Max Ltd has drawn up procedures for managing emergencies. Creative Max Ltd has appointed Health and Safety Representatives.

Creative Max expects its suppliers and any suppliers in their chain to not only comply with the laws in their country or countries where people are engaged in activities on behalf of them or their suppliers to enforce legislation and provide further enhancement to it. Therefore Creative Max expects:

A safe and hygienic working environment shall be provided, bearing in mind the prevailing knowledge of the industry and of any specific hazards. Adequate steps shall be taken to prevent accidents and injury to health arising out of, associated with, or occurring in the course of work, by minimising, so far as is reasonably practicable, the causes of hazards inherent in the working environment. Workers shall receive regular and recorded health and safety training, and such training shall be repeated for new or reassigned workers. Access to clean toilet facilities and to potable water, and, if appropriate, sanitary facilities for food storage shall be provided. Accommodation, where provided, shall be clean, safe, and meet the basic needs of the workers. The company observing the code shall assign responsibility for health and safety to a senior management representative.

FREEDOM OF ASSOCIATION

As appropriate and line with legislative requirements the Respect of the right to trade union freedom and collective bargaining. Where the right to freedom of association and collective bargaining is restricted under law, the employer facilitates, and does not hinder, the development of parallel means for independent and free association and bargaining.

WORKING HOURS AND REMUNERATION

The right to an appropriate remuneration and correct working hours is guaranteed. Creative Max Ltd guarantees payment of the salary as per the current legislation. The working hours are not to exceed the time indicated in the labour contracts. Deductions from wages as a disciplinary measure are not allowed. Deductions from wages are only allowable as a direct result of overpayment of wages or repayment as per agreed individual terms. Before any deductions are made the employee shall be informed in writing and have the right of formal appeal. All disciplinary measures should be recorded.

EQUAL SALARIES AND DISCRIMINATION

The right to equal pay to men and women for doing the same job is guaranteed. The right to equal opportunities must also be respected, at the time of employment or resignation and in case of promotion or training. Any form of discrimination is forbidden, including exclusion or preference based on race, gender, age, religion, political opinion, nationality, or social status.

PUBLIC INTEREST DISCLOSURE

In line with legislative requirements and in keeping with the right of public interest with the protection of the employer's interest, the company will create a policy relating to its activities. It also expects its suppliers to either act within the remit of their country or Implement their own code of good practice.

Please note:

The provisions of this code constitute minimum and not maximum standards, and this code should not be used to prevent companies from exceeding these standards. Companies applying this code are expected to comply with national and other applicable law and, where the provisions of law and this Base Code address the same subject, to apply that provision which affords the greater protection.
